RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Made-to-Order Products

All items at method369 are custom printed on-demand specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • With printing defects or errors
  • Significantly different from the product description

How to Request a Return

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via Instagram at @method369.store  or method369.store@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective/damaged item
  • Description of the issue

We typically respond within 24-48 hours and will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

What We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check size charts carefully)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale items or gift cards

Processing Time

Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your claim. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
